Choosing the Right Mounting Structure for Your Project
The right mounting system depends on the roof or ground condition more than on price. As a quick reference:
Pitched tile roof: roof hooks with adjustable rails, no roof penetration, best for residential retrofits
Tin or metal roof: standing-seam clamps, clamp-on L-feet or trapezoidal brackets, depending on the profile
Flat concrete roof: ballasted or anchor-fixed triangle racks with tilt angle matched to your latitude
Ground mount: driven or concrete-based pile systems for utility-scale and commercial arrays
Tell us your roof type, panel size and local wind and snow loads, and we will match the structure to the site instead of selling a one-size-fits-all kit.
